Marguerite's ability to share and teach Intuitive Music has been the greatest tool available to facilitating an immediate and positive transformation. Music has directly empowered clients in dealing effectively with:
- relief of stress and anxiety through music making,
- dealing with uncertainty, assisting in decision making,
- dealing with isolation and loneliness by bringing people together in the act of music making,
- dealing with trauma, through the catharsis of writing lyrics / song.
- the song writing process enables participants with control over their innate creativity- by capturing emotions and moods and putting them in song form which only they have created.
- Participating with others builds resilience and hope through the act of music making.
- Individuals build sustainable relationships outside of the workshop.
- The song writing and music making process builds confidence and self esteem in having effectively achieved something previously thought impossible.
- It enables everyone involved to feel connected and joyous.
